I had a lot of spasms in my upper back and decided to give physical therapy a try. At aqua they guided me through special exercises and stretches to help me get better. The staff was very helpful and friendly. What I liked a lot was that after I was finished with my treatment I was taught the things I can do at home everyday to prevent me from having this problem again.
I absolutely love this place. Everyone there is friendly, patient and helpful. The front staff is GREAT. Whenever I go there, I leave feeling stronger and more confident. You are offered tough workouts in the pool and gym. They are so worth it. There are some people that seem to come there just to socialize, but stay FOCUSED. It's ALWAYS easy to get an appointment. I love how it feels like you are part of their family.
The receptionists, physical therapists and Aides are awesome!
